fender squire is a cheaper fender brand. there should be a real fender in your country

I don’t think a fender made outside of america makes it a squier. But I could be wrong..

As far as if a squier is worthy to buy i’d have to say it depends on the particular guitar. I’ve heard some fender squiers with better tone and playability than some low end fenders. If you can play it in person and see how it sounds through an amp I’d suggest doing that.

The Squier is made in China as cheaply as possible. The Standard Fenders are made in Mexico – the USA Fenders are made in California. The quality of the parts differs as well as the care taken in assembly.

Fender Squiers look better, but I’m not sure if they’re better than the normal Fenders.

I have an Indonesian Squire std. strat (I’m in the US) and it plays great! also sounds pretty damn good, (but I did a few modifications to it, such as installing a duncan hot rails p/u in the bridge pos., and a couple wiring mods, like a spin &split pot and master tone)
