Gibson push/pull tone knobs, and other Gibson guitar accessories?

I am going to be purchasing some parts for my guitar and would like some opinions.
First- I am looking into the Gibson 500k ohm Potentiometer push/pull knobs. I know that they change the tone from a humbucking pickup to a single coil, but I was wondering should I replace both tone knobs or just one. ( my neck position pickup is a burstbucker pro and my bridge position is a 1957 paf)
Second- What is the difference in the Gibson vintage les paul tuning knobs with pearloid buttons and the Gibson vintage nickel plated tuning knobs with pearloid buttons?
Thank you for responding

the “knobs” don’t make the changes,
it’s the Potentiometer and wiring that do the work.
You will also have to rewire the guitar,
back to the pickups.
the pickups have to already have the “split coil design”
(4 wire output per pickup, 2 per coil)
the “correct” pot will allow you to split/select the coils,
IF/when the pickups are wired correctly.
the knobs don’t do anything, but give you a “handle” for the pots.
When in doubt,
take it to a guitar tech
he can do it for you
