I have around $1,000 to spend, I wanna either get a Gibson Les Paul Studio Vintage Mahogany or a Shecter Hellraiser. I like them both a lot and the Les Paul Studio is $900 and the Hellraiser is $850. The Les Paul doesn’t have a whammy bar and the Hellraiser does. If I get the Les Paul then I’ll have a brand name like Gibson, but if I get the Hellraiser I could get a better amp. Also, the Les Paul doesn’t have a finish, the Hellraiser does. I’m into classic rock like Led Zeppelin, Santana, Gun’s N’ Roses, Aerosmith, and Queen, U know, stufff like that.

I would say if you’re more into classic rock, the Les Paul is the way to go

Most people are going to tell you to choose the Les Paul since..well it’s a Les Paul. Schecter is still a big name company and the Hellraiser is one of my favourite guitars.
I’m not really a fan of LP’s so I personally would choose the Hellraiser..but it’s up to you.
