Andrea N asked: I have this old 1970′s guitar, it use to be my mom’s when she was nine, but it has some parts missing, (besides the fact that it NEEDS NEW STRINGS). One of the machine head is missing, and the bridge needs to be replaced. how much do you think it would cost?
This guitar btw isn’t for a nine year old. Its just a regular 1970′s guitar

Sam B asked: I have a Gibson Classical Acoustic guitar that my mom got in ’74 I believe, & I was just wondering how much it’s worth. I don’t know the exact model, & all I can tell you is that it’s in bad condition; there’s a huge ***** in the front, scratches all over, but it still plays (& sounds like crap). I took it up to guitar center to see if they could fix it up at all, & they gave me an estimate for how much it’s worth (or at least how much they’d pay for it) & it shocked me, but I’m just looking for a 2nd opinion. Oh, & by the way, all you vintage guitar collectors shouldn’t get your hopes up–it’s not for sale. This is just pure curiosity. And after I get a few answers, I’ll tell you how much guitar center said it was worth.

grace.loves.music. asked: My stepdad recently passed and me and my mom kept his vintage les paul..its a beautiful guitar and I want to make it shine so it looks nice. I could just go buy some guitar polish, but would regular lemon pledge make it shine without making the guitar less of value? and is there anything else i could use?
